Advertising & Privacy Notice

This notice supplements the Luminora Beauty Privacy Policy and explains how we use advertising and conversion-measurement services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and your cookie preferences.

Google Ads and conversion measurement

We use Google Ads and the Google & YouTube integration provided through Shopify to understand whether our advertising leads to actions on our store and to improve campaign performance. Depending on your location, device settings and privacy choices, measured events may include page or product views, searches, additions to cart, checkout activity and completed purchases.

Enhanced Conversions

When Enhanced Conversions is enabled and you complete a purchase or another relevant conversion, first-party information that you provide to us—such as your email address, name, postal address or telephone number—may be normalised and transformed using the SHA-256 one-way hashing algorithm before it is sent to Google. Google may use the hashed information to match a conversion with a signed-in Google account that interacted with one of our advertisements and to improve conversion measurement and automated bidding.

Hashing is a security measure that changes the information into a coded value before transmission. It does not mean that the processing is necessarily anonymous. We do not use Enhanced Conversions to subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages.

Other information processed

Google, Shopify and their service providers may also process information about your interaction with our advertisements and store, including advertising identifiers, device and browser information, IP address, pages or products viewed, transaction details, order value and conversion timestamps. We do not send full payment-card details through Enhanced Conversions.

Consent and your choices

Where applicable law requires consent, advertising cookies, similar technologies and related measurement features are used according to the choices you make through our cookie banner or privacy-preference tools. You can review or change your choices using the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

International processing and retention

Advertising and measurement information may be processed in countries outside the country where you live. Shopify and Google describe their international-transfer safeguards in their respective privacy notices. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, subject to applicable legal, security and contractual requirements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Please consult our Privacy Policy for full details.
