Product Care & Safety

Use every Luminora Beauty tool only as described in its instructions and product page. Cosmetic tools should feel comfortable and should never be used to force or rush a result.

General care

  • Read all instructions before first use.
  • Clean the tool before and after use using the recommended method.
  • Do not share tools that come into direct contact with skin unless they can be safely disinfected.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, infected, or recently treated skin.
  • Stop immediately if you experience pain, persistent redness, swelling, burning, numbness, or unusual discomfort.
  • Keep products away from children unless the product is specifically designed for them.

Electrical beauty tools

  • Keep charging ports, cables, and non-waterproof devices dry.
  • Use only the recommended cable, adapter, and voltage.
  • Do not use a damaged, overheated, swollen, or leaking device.
  • Do not use microcurrent, electrical-stimulation, LED, or heat-based devices if a contraindication in the instructions applies to you.

If you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, have a diagnosed skin condition, take photosensitising medication, or are under medical care, ask a qualified healthcare professional before using an electrical or light-based beauty device.
