Where does Luminora Beauty ship?
We currently deliver to Romania and to the international destinations available at checkout. Romania standard shipping is 20 lei and is free for orders of 190 lei or more, with a current estimated transit time of 7–15 business days. International shipping to supported destinations is 87 lei, with a current estimated transit time of 10–20 business days. The options and estimates shown at checkout for your address take priority.
Which currency will I pay in?
Where available, prices are displayed in a supported local currency. Your final currency, shipping charge and order total are confirmed at checkout.

Are Luminora Beauty tools medical devices?

How should I clean my beauty tool?
Follow the care instructions provided on the product page and with the product. Do not immerse an electrical device unless it is specifically described as waterproof.
Returns and support
Can I return an item?
Eligible returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Eligible EU and EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For hygiene-sensitive products supplied with a protective seal, the withdrawal exception may apply after the seal is broken, where permitted by law. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
