Returns and Refunds Policy.

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, email hello@luminorabeauty.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. No reason is required.

Return conditions
Please send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We will provide the correct return address by email. Do not return products to the supplier address shown on a parcel. Items should be complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect a product as you would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund only for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

For hygiene-sensitive products supplied with a protective seal, the legal right of withdrawal may not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery, where permitted by applicable law. This exception does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service. If the product is faulty, damaged or not the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@luminorabeauty.com. Photos may help us resolve the issue quickly, but your statutory rights are not limited by a short reporting deadline.

Refunds
We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Any extra cost for a premium delivery method is not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation before fulfilment by emailing hello@luminorabeauty.com. If an order has already been dispatched, the return process above applies.

Faulty or non-conforming goods
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Eligible EU consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, including the minimum two-year legal guarantee provided by EU consumer law.
