2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through luminorabeauty.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

3. Products and responsible use
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Product images are illustrative only where clearly stated. Beauty tools are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use, not for diagnosing, treating or preventing disease. Follow the supplied instructions, warnings and cleaning guidance. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs and seek professional advice when appropriate.

4. Prices and payment
Prices and any applicable taxes or delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before accepting an order and will contact you if action is required.

5. Order acceptance
The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not possible, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

6. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery options, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please provide a complete and accurate address. Import duties or local charges may apply outside the destination tax arrangements shown at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 14-day withdrawal right available to eligible EU and EEA consumers, return costs, refunds and rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

8. Intellectual property
The Luminora Beauty name, website design, product copy, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts as provided by applicable consumer law.
